At Dune Perfumes, we want you to be fully satisfied with your signature scent. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all eligible products.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the fragrance in its original, unopened packaging to ensure it remains protected during transit and meets our safety requirements.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Credit

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
